Hello, I will be joining as a software engineer at Ford. However, product design has really piqued my interest in the last few weeks. I find it more interesting and comes more "naturally" to me. Like, I've built several apps and released them on the Play Store and found the UX part to be more enjoyable than the technical decisions I make. However there is one thing really stopping me from switching. r/UXDesign and other UX related communities seems to be full of horror stories about the current market and I wonder if the job market will be similar to the pre-covid times ever again and how can I switch to product design. I am a bit confused about my long term career (whether I should stick to swe or transition to a product design role).

Thankyou for the info sapta... i have doubt if redirecting portfolio reviewers from such creative website to websites like medium and dribble a good approach..or should i create the case studies also within the website..inhave noticed that no code platforms like framer dosent support video or gifs on the free version. In medium gifs play a keyrole in the explaining the solution and the designs
